Registered in 2020? 

If you registered in 2020 and did not cancel your registration, you registration has been transferred to 2021. If you have a question about your 2020 registration transfer, or need to arrange to transfer your registration to a colleague, please contact PPSA Staff via email or phone at 770-209-7300

PPSA 2021 Refund Policy

If you find that you have to cancel, your full registration will be refunded if PPSA Staff received written notification (fax acceptable at 770-209-7301) by September 8th, 2021. Please note: there will be a 50% refund for all written cancellations made after Sept. 8, 2021, but no later than 5 business days prior to the start of the conference (October 11, 2021) Understandably, after this time, no refunds can be issued. Substitutions, however, will be accepted any time without a penalty.



100%- Cancellation received by September 8, 2021

50%- Cancellations Received after September 8, 2021 and no later than October 11, 2021.

NO REFUND (Substitutions accepted)- Cancellations received after October 11, 2021
